School Information

Pupils can arrive at school from 7.30 am. A small snack is provided.

A nursery for Kindergarten children as well as after-school studies for elementary pupils is available from 4:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Parents should inform the school of any absence by calling Mrs BEJANI as soon as possible (01 53 10 14 20) and confirm their child’s absence in writing in the carnet de liaison.

Pick-up of pupils

At 4:10 p.m., children in the Kindergarten sections wait for their parents in the lobby, with their class teacher.

From 4:15 p.m. pupils in the elementary school are accompanied by their teacher to the main door. Each child leaves with the person authorized to take him or her home.

Latecomers will have to wait until all the primary pupils have left to pick up their child.

For pupils in CM1 and CM2, parents can inform the school that their child has permission to leave the school without an adult. This authorization form is distributed at the beginning of the school year.

Pupils in Kindergarten and CP are served at the table. Over the course of the year, the CP pupils will become familiar withthe self-service restaurant.

If the weather permits, the Kindergarten and elementary pupils will play in the Luxembourg Gardens after eating lunch.

School reports

Students receive three school reports (December, April and June). Trackers with intermediate scores are sent home before the October break (la Toussaint) and before the winter holidays. Further more, it is important that you read your child’s work and follow their progress by regularly looking at the notebooks you sign every week on Friday.

Other teaching activities

Teachers for pupils from kindergarten to CM2 will provide support teaching on Tuesday and Thursday from 12:20 - 12:50 p.m. for Kindergarten and 12:55 – 1:25 p.m. for elementary classes. This support teaching is carried out in agreement with the parents of the individual pupil.

Being involved in your child’s education

The class parent representatives will meet with the teaching staff and with the Primary School Principal on a quarterly basis during the School Council (conseil d’ecole).
